State Wide Voting

Two citizen-initiated questions will appear on the statewide ballot:

• Question 1: Election Law Changes. This measure asks voters if they want to change election laws to include requirements for photo identification, new rules for absentee voting, and restrictions on ballot drop boxes.
• Question 2: Extreme Risk Protection Orders. This question proposes establishing a "red flag" process that would allow law enforcement, family, or household members to petition a court to temporarily prohibit a person from possessing dangerous weapons if they are deemed a significant danger to themselves or others.
