Update From Searsmont Town Website

Robbins Lumber Fire Relief Fund

Tonight, the Selectmen approved the creation of the Robbins Lumber Fire Relief Fund to support Searsmont families impacted by the recent tragedy.
Donations can be made in person at the Searsmont Town Office, or by mailing to:
Town of Searsmont
PO Box 56
Searsmont, ME 04973
If you would like your donation to support all Fire and Rescue families affected by the fire, please consider donating to the Maine Strong Memorial Foundation. The link for their fundraising site will be available tomorrow, and we will share it here.
Thank you for your patience and for continuing to show what a strong, compassionate, and supportive community Searsmont truly is.

Another Option For Donations – Maine Strong Memorial Foundation

The Town of Searsmont supports the Maine Strong Memorial Foundation as another trusted option for giving, with the ability to accept online donations and ensure that 100% of funds are shared equally among all responders injured at the Robbins Lumber fire. We understand the hesitancy in donating online, and we as a town have done our due diligence to confirm the integrity of this effort.  This is a 501(C)(3) certified organization and donations to this foundation are tax deductible.
