The Prospect Community Center is located at 959 Bangor Rd in Prospect Maine. The Community Center (aka Prospect Community Club) is not an official department, affiliate or part of the Town of Prospect. It is a non-profit charitable organization registered in good standing under Title 13-B of Maine Revised Statutes and granted tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue Code section 501(C)(3). The Prospect Community Center is run by The Prospect Community Club, an all volunteer organization. They host several ongoing events for the Town of Prospect and surrounding area. These include:
- Bean Suppers (see schedule below)
- Community Coffee (Meets every Wednesday from 1:00 to 2:00PM)
- May Day Baskets for homebound and seniors
- Christmas Party for kids
- Memorial Day Parade
- VFS Luncheon
- Various other events through the year
- Prospect Select Board Meetings
- Prospect Planning Board Meetings
- Prospect Public Hearings

2026 Bean Supper Schedule
Bean Suppers are on the second Saturday of the month from April through October and are open from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. The cost is $12.00 for adults and $2.00 for a child up to age (need to confirm the age.) Here is a list of the dates for 2026.
